Salary

(April, 2010 entry salaries show as guide)
Graduate base salary ¥207,000
Postgraduate base salary ¥235,000
*Fixed monthly salary
Details of salary and benefits

  • Salary revised April each year
  • Bonus paid twice yearly (June & Dec.)
  • Insurance: Health Insurance Society, The Pension Fund of Sony, unemployment insurance, worker's accident insurance

  1. Headquarters/Koriyama Plant (Koriyama City, Fukushima Pref.)
  2. Motomiya Plant (Motomiya City, Fukushima Pref.)
  3. Tochigi Plant (Shimotsuke City, Tochigi Pref.)
  4. Kanuma Plant (Kanuma City, Tochigi Pref.)

Working hours
Flextime available
Core time: 9:30-15:30
Holidays
120 annual days off (holiday, Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year vacation)
